Psalm 139:7

Named after Psalm 139:7, “Where shall I go from your spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence?” this watercolor painting reminds me that no matter where we go God is right there with us. Even if we find ourselves in the deepest darkest depths of heartbreak, grief, and pain He will lead us and hold us. The splotches of blue, green, purple, and gold reminded me of the feeling of being surrounded by pain and sadness and in the middle of that being covered by the presence and comfort of God.
