Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. Most pieces are made or printed to order, and I take great care to ensure quality, accuracy, and protection during shipping.
That said, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis—but only in situations where the issue was within my control (for example, if you received the wrong item or there was a production error). If something isn't right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
